The Process
Your COFisounds experience starts with a phone call or email so that we can answer all your questions. We will help you every step of the way, from the planning stage, through to when you receive your audio recording,
We pride ourselves on being fully prepared for your interview
The Planning
Once your interview is booked, you will have access to our COFisounds members area on our website. Here you will find questionnaires to complete and return. These forms will help you to recall memories, people and places and will enable us to plan a chronological and personalised interview for you.
Once the forms are completed, we will arrange a telephone conversation. This will give us both a chance to ask and answer any further questions in preparation for your interview.
The Interview
The interview usually lasts between 90 and 150 minutes and will take place either at your home or remotely. We want you to feel completely relaxed during the interview so we will not be rushing you.
Music evokes memories of specific times, people and places and can bring your recordings to life. We would love to include music that’s poignant to you, to enhance your stories - but we don’t have to.

The Exciting Bit!
This is where we spend a great deal of time carefully editing your interview. We make sure we hang on to your personality and stories whilst removing the unwanted bits - repetitions, coughs and ‘erms’. Once we are completely happy with the edited interview, we add the sparkle - snippets of your chosen music.
Finally, within six weeks of your interview, you will receive:
A personalised memory stick with your recording, beautifully packaged and sent using recorded delivery.
